PS. Of course the correct answer was that Yorkshire puddings belong on every roast. And I will even share my recipe for cracking puddings. It’s 2,4,6. 2 large eggs (the smallest ones from the box though), 4 oz of plain flour, 6 fluid oz of milk. Never fails. You’re welcome.
