Welcome to the first step of our journey together!

The initial chat is all about setting the tone and understanding your vision for your special day. As we sit down and chat online over a cup of tea or coffee, I want to hear all about your love story, your dreams for your wedding, and the little details that make your relationship unique – this is usually done via Google Meet call.

This is where we begin building a connection and trust that will carry us throughout the entire process.

Together, we will create a shared vision that will guide me as your wedding photographer in Kent in capturing the most authentic and heartfelt moments on your big day.

What to Expect Once You Have Booked 

Once you have officially booked me as your wedding photographer in Kent, I will send you a series of emails with useful information; timeline planning tips, to keep your day relaxed, recommended suppliers that I have worked with and also what to expect on the day. I strive to be as helpful as I can throughout the whole process.

I am not just your photographer but your supportive companion. A friend who takes amazing pictures and has also been to a whole lot of weddings!

In these emails, I will also ask a series of questions, so I can get to know more about you.

This includes questions like how you met and about your proposal. I always encourage my couples to follow me on social media and I follow back as it is a really great way for us to build our relationship too!

Crafting the Perfect Shot List and Planning Details

Six weeks before your wedding I will send you a detailed questionnaire asking you about the timings of your wedding day, important people that I need to be made aware of and all the details.

Then we will have a chat and walk through the day so I know exactly what your vision is and we get excited about the photographs – all of this allows me to curate a shot list that is tailored to you.

As your wedding photographer in Kent, I will use my expertise to guide you through the process and offer suggestions based on what has worked well in the past.

On the big day, my approach as your wedding photographer in Kent is all about ensuring you are as relaxed as possible.

Most of the day will be me shooting as your day happens as I believe in blending into the background, allowing the day to unfold organically while I discreetly capture each heartfelt moment.

The only time I will get involved and interact with you and your guests is when I am giving you gentle directions for the portraits and group photos.

I will also liaise with coordinators and registrars to make the day go smoothly!

Image Delivery and Wrap-Up

Once the wedding festivities have come to an end, it’s time for the exciting part – the image delivery!

You will get a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours of your wedding day which usually consists of around 20 images. You will also receive an email from me explaining when your gallery will be delivered to you.

After spending such an incredible day capturing your story, I can’t wait to present you with the final images.
